Platforms and Services Sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with attention to detail and excellent communication skills to provide support to the Combat Missions Systems (CMS) Business Vice President and General Manager and the CMS senior leadership team. This position will be responsible for supporting a variety of duties and tasks, as well as day-to-day coordination of the CMS Business VP/GM schedule. Will also provide a lesser level of support to a few additional members of the CMS leadership team. In this role, you will work on assignments that are complex in nature where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. You have a well-honed ability to use a high degree of discernment and diplomacy in handling matters that are critical or confidential in nature. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:** Maintain the CMS VP/GM calendar as well as the CMS business calendar, engaging various internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and track meeting action items through completion. Communicate effectively, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization. Act as a representative of the CMS Leadership Team office and the point of contact between BAE Systems Inc., Sector level team members, senior level customers, strategic industry partners and employees. Lead and assist with critical projects as a member of the leadership team, including participating in key leadership meetings. Maintain a variety of confidential and highly sensitive records containing private and proprietary data. Coordinate, facilitate, and provide support for executive level conferences, meetings and events with a high degree of tact and diplomacy to include managing teleconference connections, arranging for catering, handling international guests and creating PowerPoint presentations. Arrange travel from organizing complex domestic and international itineraries through expense reporting. Liaise across various functions to assist with developing agendas and preparation materials to ensure meetings and engagements align with business priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level executives and other stakeholders. 6 years of experience Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Certified professional secretary or certified administrative professional; Formal training in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook; A background in supporting an Executive level role; 10-plus years of related experience. Experience preparing presentations and briefings. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $65123 - $104197 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
