The Executive Assistant is a professional who has an overall understanding of Executives’ day-to-day responsibilities while working with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant understands the requirement for flexibility and accommodates shifting priorities while representing and supporting the HEYDUDE leadership team.

What You'll Do Proactively provide support in coordinating day-to-day business activities. Maintain calendar and schedules. Proactively handle the calendar months out.  Remove all schedule conflicts and resolve timely. Compose and format documentation that may include PowerPoint presentations, excel documents, letters, and communication to employees. Collect agenda items, share with the vital partners, take minutes and follow up as needed. Plan and handle events of all sizes including internal & external contact and customer meetings and visits. Coordinate meetings and schedule conference rooms. Arrange conference calls and video conference meetings. Own travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips, including visa processing/obtainment. Provides oversight travel arrangements, confirms reservations, and approves itinerary. Coordinate the logistics for all business market trips for the attendees. Prepare, review, and supervise expense reports timely.  Provide support to the HEYDUDE Leadership team with travel and expenses. Provide technical support or partner with IT (i.e., AV, computer, files). Attend and participate in Executive Assistant meetings. Provide support to other Executive Assistants as needed. Maintaining and handling new office space. Performs other incidental and related duties as the need arises. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with office leadership skills. Must have strong PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Teams is preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Shown ability to be proactive, flexible, efficient, and dedicated. Takes initiative and works independently. Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees in multiple locations. Ability to handle confidential information. Thrives in a position that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to sit for extensive periods of time but may also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance. Operate a computer for extensive periods at a time. Ability to carry/lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds.

Title: Executive Assistant 

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
