Roles and Responsibilities

MUST Have Good Verbal and Written Communication(English) Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and facilitate communication between the internal departments, and external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and information dissemination. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

 

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

 

Certification Required

Professional certification in Executive Assistance or Office Management is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Basic understanding of IT terminology and concepts.
