Your Role:

 

The Executive Assistant assists the Chief Compliance Officer and Group Head Compliance and Data Privacy Officer in executive administrative matters in a dual Global and North America role, respectively; supports the Chief Compliance Officer and the North America Compliance team in Compliance Program development, implementation, and awareness creation. Duties include but not limited to:

 

Closely aligns with the USLT, LE and LE-C Leadership team, Compliance Officers of the North America Compliance Department, the Compliance Officers’ global organization, and the Group Compliance Center of Expertise on the Company Compliance Management System and Data Privacy Management System (CMS and DPMS) application and roll-outCollaborates with legal, business, and/or functional colleagues executive administrative matters and relevant compliance strategies and program implementationCompliance operational tasks such training related (e.g., recording training in Compliance system, launching training in HR4U), and assistance into Compliance internal investigations (e.g., case management document records upload, etc.)Proficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.Take full responsibility for organizing travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and scheduling meetings or appointments during travel.Oversee and track budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and objectives.

 

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline3+ years’ Executive Assistant experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, etc.3+ years’ professional experience in Compliance and/or legal in Pharmaceutical or Life Science industryCalendar management and scheduling skillsTravel arrangement experienceBudget management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and training delivery capabilitiesExperience with organizational chart, distribution list, and expense report managementFluent in GermanKnowledge in anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulationsWork cross-functionally and collaboratively across a diverse, highly matrixed organizationWork independently with attention to detail
