Executive Assistant
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant within the financial services industry, located in Nashville, Tennessee, 37219, United States. In this role, you'll be asked to handle a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication through correspondence and conference calls utilizing Cisco Webex Meetings • Manage calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and attended • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for processing and managing financial tasks • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system • Use Concur for travel and expense management • Monitor and manage timekeeping using Kronos Timekeeping System • Provide administrative support for various projects and tasks • Resolve customer inquiries swiftly and accurately • Use 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management • Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must for managing financial tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is necessary for coordinating and facilitating virtual meetings. • Experience with Concur is required for managing travel and expense reports. • Knowledge of CRM is essential for maintaining client relationships and managing data. • Proficiency in the Kronos Timekeeping System is necessary for accurate tracking of work hours. • Familiarity with About Time is required for efficient time and project management. • Excellent calendar management skills are needed for scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. • Strong communication skills are essential for effective internal and external communication. • Ability to manage conference calls is needed for facilitating group discussions and team meetings. • Demonstrated ability to handle correspondence effectively is crucial for maintaining smooth office operations.
