We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Business Banking team during a period of exciting growth. This role goes beyond the typical Executive Assistant responsibilities. While proficiency in tasks like diary management and budget control is essential, we’re seeking someone with a proactive approach and a drive to contribute to our expansion.

In this role, you’ll be involved in diverse project initiatives such as process optimisation, offering insights on various projects, developing team communication strategies, and exploring AI tools for enhanced automation and efficiency within the business unit.

What you’ll do 

Help your Leadership Team filter and prioritise what is important and keep them updated on what is happening within the business.Collaborate and work closely with diverse stakeholders on a wide range of project initiatives to support the Business Banking team Manage diaries.  We live in a mad-world and meetings can quickly fill up a day. You’ll work with your Leadership Team to ensure the right stakeholders are included in various meetings, stakeholders are prepared, and also help to remove meetings which may not be needed.Be our systems whiz – because we’re a digital bank we have a lot of systems that keep things running. You’ll be someone who can pick up systems easily and intuitively.Deliver fantastic attention to detail, organisation skills and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Sometimes our Leadership Team may need to present information at short notice, and we’re hoping you can help them consolidate information into presentable slides that their audience can easily understand.Manage confidentiality, and the ability to keep information secret when necessary, are important under a wide range of circumstancesPrepare preparing complex and confidential documents and reports

What we’re looking for 

Someone who is professional, passionate and with a can-do, likes to win attitudeThe ability to drive efficiencies within the Leadership Team while prioritising crucial tasks and keeping them informed about business developments are vital responsibilities.5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior level.Initiative and proactive collaboration on project tasks within the Business Banking unit, and a willingness to continuously learn and adaptAbility to engage and inspire team members to a common purpose.Proactivity with the ability to thrive in an agile, fast paced environmentSomeone who will be obsessed about our customers and ensures that we are delivering positive customer outcomes and experiences.
