Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Transformation Leader, reporting directly to the CEO. This highly visible position involves direct interaction with internal and external contacts on behalf of the CEO, the Business Transformation Leader, and the Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and assigned leadership staff.
+ Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritizing the CEO’s and Transformation Leader's time efficiently and resolving conflicts quickly.
+ Organize the CEO’s daily workflow, communications, and meetings to reflect the CEO’s priorities.
+ Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring diligent and detailed follow-through from start to finish.
+ Plan, coordinate, and implement executive-related meeting logistics and gatherings for the CEO.
+ Meticulously manage travel arrangements and timely expense reporting, collaborating closely with leaders and support teams aligned with the Office of the CEO.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by the executive team.
+ Plan, coordinate, facilitate, manage, and execute executive-level meeting support for both remote and in-person meetings, including materials, technology, and logistics.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ At least 7 years of related experience required.
+ MUST have experience providing c-suite level support
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
+ Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
+ Ability to perform consistently in a high-paced work environment.
+ Experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, and expense reporting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $55.28/hr.
