Waters is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of the Americas Field Operations team. This is a critical role that underpins the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team. It is an ideal role for someone with drive, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. It offers exposure to many areas of commercial field operations including sales, service, and field marketing. The role also offers an opportunity for long-term career growth at Waters.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be discrete, diplomatic, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, equally adept at interfacing with employees, members of the executive committee as well as Waters’ external partners.
Prepare reports and presentations Support the communications planning process within the Americas Field Operations teamPlan and implement internal communication via digital channels and eventsOptimize, socialize, standardize, and document operational processes Receive clients, visitors, and customersAnticipate, identify, and address the operational and administrative needs of the teamArrange travel, schedule meetings and appointments, and lead multiple leadership schedulesPlan and coordinate large meetings such as Incentive Trips, Americas Managers Meeting, etc.Prepare expense reports Assist with onboarding of new members of the teamCoordinate interactions between divisional and executive stakeholders Qualifications
A high-school diploma or GED (post-secondary degree or education preferred)Ability to work closely with senior executives and represent Waters to employees, external customers, partners and stakeholdersAt least five years of relevant experience A problem-solving and growth-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skillsThe proven ability to wisely prioritize and reprioritize workAdvanced MS Office experience, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
