Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division is currently seeking an Executive Assistant. Looking for candidates who would enjoy working with global teams, be part of digital journey, and thrive in fast pace dynamic environment. This role is based at our Davenport, IA facility. The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative & analytical support to Mission Systems Davenport site leadership team. The role involves enhancing the efficiency and readiness of the leadership team by effectively managing various administrative tasks and projects.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0- $99000.0 a year.

**What you’ll do:**
The Executive Assistant acts as the primary liaison among executives, employees, and external partners, the assistant must demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills. Success in this role requires a self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic, and highly adaptable individual with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities demonstrated level of analytical skills.
**In this function you will:**
+ Organize and maintain the leadership team’s schedule, coordinate meetings and events, and inform key stakeholders of changes.
+ Arrange travel logistics, adhering to company policies.
+ Administer meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and set up video conferencing.
+ Reconcile credit card statements, analyze expenses, and flag questionable charges.
+ Manage small projects and support larger ones affecting multiple areas.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
+ Provide high-quality executive support and manage ad-hoc requests.
+ Handle administrative tasks like expense reports, filing, and document preparation.
+ Prioritize and organize calls, messages, and emails.
+ Compile, analyze data for reports and maintain confidentiality.
+ Digital savvy, and leverage technology for efficiency and stay forward-thinking
+ Support small projects by coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting research, statistical reports, reviewing dashboards and providing summaries
+ Manage executive visits and coordinate logistics
+ Handling confidential information, ensuring it remains secure
+ Coordinate and maintain all office supplies for the department to ensure consistent inventory.

**Qualifications:**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree from an accredited institution is required
+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting administrative processes OR project management experience in financial analytics
+ Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
+ No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
+ This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Three (3) years' working with executive-level leaders
+ Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.

+ Demonstrated ability to be highly flexible and proactive in order to address changing priorities, meetings, and tight deadlines.
+ Position requires someone with a high-energy level; with the ability to work independently, having minimal supervision and sometimes limited direction, and can be assertive when needed.
+ Position requires analytical skills and being digitally savvy.
+ There is also continual access to highly confidential information that has a significant impact on the organization.
