Our client, a real estate development, leasing, and property management company, is seeking an Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and the team is in office five days per week in midtown. Responsibilities:

Answer and direct calls, take messages, arrange conference calls, and coordinate phone coverageManage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain contacts in OutlookReview financial data, create reports, and process mail, vendor requests, purchase orders, and invoicesPlan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changesAssist with events, maintain office supplies and manage files

Qualifications:

10+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuitePhotoshop, Illustrator, Google Earth Pro, SitesUSA are a plus

Compensation/Benefits:
