About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an Executive Committee Member. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. The role requires excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to multi-task, and professional demeanor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the Executive Committee Member’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations. make travel and accommodation arrangementAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls and correspondenceEnsure all reports, presentations and other documents as needed are accurate and submitted on timeOrganise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes, and follow-up on action itemsBuild and maintain positive relationship with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organizationHandle relevant expenses and claim through system, e.g. Concur

Minimum Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder10 years' solid experience to support senior executive, preferably in reputabale financial institutionsProficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerpointGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseGood interpersonal and communication skillsMature, great sense of responsibility and able to work independently
