Job Description
- Schedule appointments and take messages for Department Director
- Write and send emails to department regarding upcoming meetings, trainings, updates, etc
- Generate reports and spreadsheets
- Assist HR in administrative tasks related to hiring, promoting, and doing new employee orientations
- Assist in inputting timesheets into payroll system
- Help Director prepare for monthly meetings
- Create Parks & Rec Board agenda, attend monthly meeting, take minutes, do research, create and publish agenda, etc
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Learn to help with contract writing

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience successfully managing a multiple tasks for an executive or a large department
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience - Experience running payroll
- Experience writing/managing contracts null
