Executive Assistant

In this role, you'll spend 70-80% of your time supporting HR functions, including onboarding new hires, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor others and help create a positive, supportive environment. Creativity is key as you support internal marketing efforts, such as shining a spotlight on staff, updating company news, and contributing to visual content for promotions. Additionally, you'll keep things running smoothly by managing documentation, organizing files, and providing translation support when needed. They are looking for someone who isn't afraid to learn and grow in the role while bringing energy and passion to every task.
