Executive Assistant
Description Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at one of our esteemed clients in the biotech industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment where you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s mission to innovate in biotechnology. Key Responsibilities: + Managing and maintaining executives’ complex calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. + Preparing and reviewing high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy. + Coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing detailed agendas, and recording meeting minutes. + Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication. + Managing expense reporting, processing reimbursements, and maintaining records in compliance with company policies. + Assisting with event planning for company meetings, conferences, and biotech-related initiatives. + Prioritizing and managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. + Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Requirements + Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries. + Technology: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); familiarity with biotech industry tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Veeva, SharePoint, or Concur). + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate complex information effectively. + Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to work efficiently under pressure. + Professionalism: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is highly preferred.
