Our success is built on a collaborative and empowering workplace culture that fosters continual growth.  What You’ll Do: + Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership. + Manage board meetings including scheduling, preparing materials, taking minutes, and coordinating follow-ups. + Conduct research and prepare summaries for the CEO, Board, and leadership team. + Handle calendar management, including scheduling, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts. + Coordinate travel and accommodations for executives and board members. + Oversee event planning for internal meetings, outreach events, and celebrations. + Organize and maintain records, correspondence, and reports. + Serve as a professional liaison between leadership and staff, partners, and stakeholders. + Support special projects and committees as needed. What You Bring: + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, TEAMS, Zoom, etc.). + Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and self-directed approach. + Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. + Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. + Experience: 3-5 years in an administrative role, supporting executives, senior management and leadership teams required. + Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
