Responsibilities

We are looking for an initiative-taking, detail-oriented professional to provide a high level of administrative support to a team of senior leaders focused on growth for our Midwest region. You will play a vital part in supporting various growth initiatives and programs. Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to our regional production leadership team, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of our regional production leadership team including the management of their travel, expense, calendars, meeting and call scheduling, document preparation, and outgoing communicationsPartner with leaders to develop and schedule production meetings, trainings, and activities and other administrative tasksAttend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes and summariesSupply administrative support to special projects and programs including in-person meetings, our quality call program, and in-house trainings such as pricing and negotiation training, and professional liability trainingBuild strong working relationships other administrative staff and senior leadersOccasionally travel (5%-10%) as needed to support meetings, events, and trainings, typically for 1-2 days at a time Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years of experience supporting a senior executive teamPrior experience in a corporate environment is preferredExceptional organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills and an ability to build working relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong writing, editing, and proofreading abilitiesProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamProblem-solving ability, with a resourceful can-do attitudeFamiliarity with Concur is a plus Why Kimley-Horn?
