Description Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated administrative and organizational support to senior management. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day activities by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and handling confidential information with discretion. This position requires exceptional time management, multitasking ability, and strong interpersonal skills. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. + 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment (Source: RH Acronym Guide - Executive Assistant). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and other project management software. + Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. + High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters. + Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
