Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Non-Profit industry, located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. As an Executive Assistant, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive support to our executive team, including managing business-related tasks such as producing reports, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handling communication and correspondence between the executive team and other parties.
• Utilizing Concur and other relevant software to manage and process business-related tasks.
• Managing the executive team's calendars, ensuring their schedules are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinating conference calls, meetings, and other events for the executive team.
• Arranging travel, accommodation, and catering services for business trips and events.
• Producing detailed reports as required by the executive team.
• Resolving issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills.
• Assisting in the organization of events, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements • Proficiency in using Concur for expense management and travel booking.
• Expertise in Calendar Management to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Experience in handling Conference Calls, including setup and management.
• Ability to manage Correspondence effectively, including drafting letters, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Experience in Arranging Travel for executives, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
• Proficiency in Coordinating Events, including logistics, venue setup, and attendee management.
• Experience in managing Catering for office events and meetings, including menu selection and vendor coordination. TalentMatch®
