Email Management: Organizing and prioritizing emailsCalendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and remindersDocument Preparation: Creating, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reportsData Entry: Inputting and updating data in various systems and databasesTravel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportationItinerary Management: Creating detailed travel itinerariesEvent Coordination: Planning and organizing virtual and in-person events (Yes for virtual events partially for in-person events, limited to what is possible remotely)Expense Management: Tracking and reporting expensesInvoice Processing: Managing invoices and payments via Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functionsOther duties as assignedQualifications:
