Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is professional, caring, resourceful, and customer-focused to provide support to three executives. The Executive Assistant will report to the Director of Product, Strategy and Cycle Plan, and also assist the Director of Product and Subscriptions Account & Privacy. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are curious and open to learning new things. The role requires flexibility, resilience, good judgment, and the courage to challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling highly confidential business and personal information, and must be professional when interacting with leaders across the globe. The successful candidate will possess superb time and data management skills, be able to work independently, and have a high standard for delivering quality results.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to three executives.Coordinate various email activities and meeting notices.Work independently and deliver quality results.Interact professionally with leaders across the globe.Manage time and data efficiently.Prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.Develop working relationships with other assistants, executive leaders, and operation partners.Learn about the business beyond day-to-day activities.Essential Skills3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting leadership and/or project management.3+ years of experience with Microsoft software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Excel).Proficient in or willing to learn new technology (both hardware and software).Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work collegially within a team environment in an open concept office area.Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.Flexibility to support across global time zones as needed.Hands-on approach and initiative in resolving issues and concerns.Additional Skills & QualificationsTravel management experience.Administrative experience.Work Environment
Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 remote, 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
