Executive Assistant
Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Columbus, Ohio. This role primarily serves in supporting executive leadership, ensuring seamless functioning of departments through administrative initiatives, data and file management, scheduling, and other special assignments. This role is key within our organization, contributing to our continued excellence. Responsibilities: • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, acting as an administrative link • Manage and coordinate schedules and calendars efficiently • Execute administrative tasks with precision and punctuality • Coordinate meetings, including executive meetings and presentations • Provide comprehensive project support and execution as assigned • Ensure the highest quality of support with a service-minded approach • Maintain uncompromising standards for accuracy and timeliness • Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism • Utilize skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Concur for various tasks • Oversee document scanning, drafting, and documentation processes • Compile documents and maintain business requirement documents • Manage correspondence and conference calls effectively • Contribute to high-level executive functions and initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. • Proficiency in using Concur for expense management. • Demonstrated ability in managing executive calendars efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls. • Ability to handle correspondence effectively and professionally. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing. • Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents. • Ability to compile and manage important documents. • Experience in handling confidential documents with utmost discretion. • Proficiency in document scanning and digitizing physical documents. • Ability to draft documents with accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain organized records. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating effective presentations. • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings. • Experience in providing support to executive leadership. • Experience in coordinating and managing executive meetings. • Ability to create and deliver executive presentations. • Ability to interact with high-level executives and manage their requirements efficiently.
