Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Chief Brand Officer. This role requires strong focus and execution, handling a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, scheduling, and effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. You will ensure appropriate levels of urgency are maintained, monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, and act as a proxy when necessary. Additionally, you will manage travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for this office.

This position requires being onsite five days a week at our LAX35 location. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PT, totaling 40 hours a week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
