Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides personal administrative support and assistance to executive staff.
Administrative support
Manage leader’s calendar, schedule meeting and coordinate appointments Handle travel arrangements including flight, accommodation and itineraries Prepare and organize reports, presentations and documents for meetings Draft and edit emails and other communications on behalf of the CFO’s
Meeting and event coordination
Organize and coordinate executive meetings and company events Prepare agenda, take minutes and follow up on action items Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless events execution
Operational project support
Assist in the execution of initiatives and special projects Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Communication and liaison
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, request for the CFO attention Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information Serve as key point of contact between the CFO and employees, clients and externals/internal partners
Office and document management
Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasksINDCORP
