Executive Assistant
Description We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant role based in Norristown, Pennsylvania, 19406, United States. This is a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including the use of Microsoft Office Suites and excellent writing skills. Responsibilities: • Effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks • Draft and edit written documents and communications • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Maintain an organized system of electronic documents for easy retrieval • Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations • Utilize excellent writing skills in correspondence and communication • Handle confidential information with discretion • Support other team members as needed • Provide high-quality administrative support to the executive. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Exceptional written communication and writing skills, with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications effectively. • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High level of professionalism and discretion for handling confidential information. • Demonstrable experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. • Ability to work independently, but also function well within a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
