Our client, a family office and investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in NYC. The hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm five days in Midtown, Manhattan

Responsibilities:

Manage a complex calendar including meetings and meals with third partiesArrange travel and prepare itineraries for approximately one to two trips per quarterCompile and submit expense reportsAssist the CIO with meeting preparation, such as finding and printing biosJoin weekly calls, take notes, and report discussion topics and next steps

Qualifications:

5+ years of EA/OM experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNo task too big or too small mentalityMust be able to work independently

Compensation/Benefits:
