The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting members of the Division Leadership Team ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication both within and outside the organization. You will have the chance to work with outstanding individuals and collaborate with different individuals and groups, including colleagues, clients, vendors, and collaborators.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedules for one or more Sr. Director/VP level leaders, ensuring flawless coordination and timely appointments.Arrange and coordinate travel plans (domestic and international), including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Handle expense reports and ensure timely and accurate submission.Plan and coordinate events, staff meetings, and activities for multiple managers, delivering successful and engaging experiences.Support the Hunt Valley site with supplies, events, and other logistics.Support budget planning activities and track expenditures to ensure strict adherence to financial goals.Handle confidential and critical details with the utmost discretion and integrity.Establish and maintain high-level contacts both inside and outside of the company, encouraging strong professional relationships.Any additional duties as requiredRequirements
Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
Proven experience in an administrative role in a large, multi-national company with experience supporting Vice President or above.Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and determine priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Experience in budget planning and expense trackingAbout Thermo Fisher Scientific

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $31.73–$47.60.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
