Executive Assistant | 5-days onsite | 6-Month Contract-to-hire | 100k - 115k/yr Job Description The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling expense reports, and preparing documentation for meetings. The Executive Assistant is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information and communications. Responsibilities + Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team. + Managing and coordinating the CEO's calendar, emails, and phone calls. + Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. + Handling expense reporting and processing business expenses. + Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. + Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. + Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively. + Ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions. Essential Skills + 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook for calendaring. + Bachelor's degree or additional years of experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong calendar management skills. + Excellent administrative support abilities. + Experience with travel management and executive support. + Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $110000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
