JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the C3C leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
* Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
* Maintain and organize files, documents, and databases related to C3C activities.
* Serve as a liaison between the C3C Leadership and other functions of the C3C team, facilitating communication and collaboration.
* Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with training as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the C3C Team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and committed follow-through are essential attributes for this role.
* Strong project management skills.
