Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO/President, CFO, and Superintendents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, calendar management, and travel coordination, with over five years of experience in a similar role. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain executive's appointment schedule, plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Organize and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic.Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.Assign projects and assignments to support staff, follow up on status and results.Organize company functions and events, including location selection, menu planning, and fee negotiation.Maintain the master key log and assign keys to office personnel as required.Advise personnel on permit fee changes and ensure timely processing of permit applications.Handle all correspondence and mail for the CEO/President.Coordinate with Payroll to maintain the master vacation schedule.
Essential Skills5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting VP or C-level executives.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Outlook for calendar management.Experience in travel coordination and expense management.Excellent attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.
