DescriptionAre you a proactive, dynamic professional with a passion for excellence and a knack for organization?  Langham Hall Luxembourg is looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant & Facilities Manager to support our Head of Office and lead our facilities team to new heights!

\n\nAbout the role:

\nHere is a glimpse of what you will be doing:

\n\nManage the Head of Office’s agenda, scheduling internal and external appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups.\nOrganize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials, specifically for the Authorized Management Meeting of the company.\nAssist in preparing files, conference calls, and events for the Head of Office.\nPrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.\nProcess, disseminate, and archive (where necessary) incoming and outgoing communications.\nCreate presentations and reports for meetings.\nAnswer telephone calls, providing solutions or redirecting to the appropriate contact.\nProvide administrative support for various projects and activities.\nSupervise the Office Managers, coordinating performance and appraisal meetings.\nSupport the development of the Office Managers, fostering knowledge transfer and leveraging talents.\nEnsure team alignment with company values.\nProvide proactive back-up during absences.\n

Minimum requirements:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent thinking level.\nAt least 3 years of experience in in a similar role.\nExcellent command of written and spoken English; professional knowledge of French is a plus.\n
