The Executive Assistant, HR performs a diverse level of administrative support for the VP, Training; Sr. Director, HR & Talent Management; and Director, Talent Acquisition. This unique EA role is the face of Wendy’s for external candidates and new hires within the brand. The role supports Talent Acquisition in scheduling interviews and coordinating onsite visits, requiring quick collaboration with EAs across the brand. This role will help lead Wendy’s two-day, on-site new hire immersion experience, Welcome to Wendy’s, which occurs multiple times throughout the year. Finally, this EA will manage various projects, calendar, budget and travel for their leaders and respective departments. A high degree of professionalism is required in dealing with internal and external contacts as well as being a good team player.
Responsibilities Calendar Support: Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (both domestic & international). Prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient time management for leaders.Talent Acquisition Candidate Support: Schedule director+ interviews and lead onsite interview/visit process for candidates either living in or relocating to Columbus, including but not limited to interview scheduling and travel and lodging coordination. Ensure timely resolution of candidate expense reimbursement.Training Event Support: Lead logistical support for two-day new hire event and other multi-day training events at our Dublin Restaurant Support Center, including room logistics, meal planning, registration, etc.Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering documents, and taking minutes when necessary. Includes coordination with external vendors.Budget Management: Oversee and track leader expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
