Hourly base pay rate is $25.58 - $38.37/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the AVP of FleetNet America as an Executive Assistant, this role will provide direct support to two of our Mobility business leaders (FleetNet America and EV Battery Solutions). This role will perform advanced, diversified and highly confidential administrative assignments for these two leaders. The primary responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and administrative project management. Projects and administrative tasks may include correspondence, presentation and report preparation, file maintenance, cross-functional collaboration, meeting room/conference set up, expense calculation and filing, and meeting and greeting visitors. The Executive Assistant is the key to keeping the leaders focused on the business priorities by taking care of administrative details and tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance for two AVP business leadersManage calendars, including internal and external appointment schedulingOrganize and manage meetings and events, including security managing and preparing meeting space, travel, catering, transportation, and setupAttend scheduled meetings to welcome participants, record minutes, and ensure logistics needs are metCreate and process expense reportsHandle incoming phone calls and correspondenceEnsure all documents, letters, briefings, and other materials are in final format, including but not limited to grammar, content, substance, and accuracyPerform administrative functions such as ordering supplies, coordinating equipment repairs, and mailing information material to homes to assist with remote workingPerform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent5 years of work experience supporting an executive or other senior leaderProficient in Microsoft Office experience including Teams, Office, Excel and PowerPointExceptional communication skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedDemonstrated experience working in a high work volume, fast-paced and complex matrix environmentStrong interpersonal skills – flexible, collaborative, positive attitude, and highly motivatedAbility to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)Must be willing to undergo a background, motor vehicle report check, and drug screen after offer of employment has been madeMust be authorized to work in the United States

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
