Summary: Seeking an Executive Assistant I to support President and VP-level executives with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
5+ years related work experience
HS Diploma required; AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business, or Human Resources preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Superior organizational skills
US Citizenship required

Coordinate executives' schedules and daily activities
Arrange in-person and virtual meetings
Maintain hard and soft-copy records, including proprietary information
Manage office supplies and travel arrangements
Provide general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing, and data entry
Pay Details: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour
