Job Description

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors in the Payments team. This role involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. The Executive Assistant will ensure appropriate levels of urgency are given, monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, and act as a proxy when necessary. Additional responsibilities include managing travel and expenses and providing comprehensive administrative support for the office.

Contract to hire Positions

Pay: $24-28 DOE

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars and schedule meetings effectively.Prioritize tasks and information amidst a high volume of requests.Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails.Act as a proxy for the Directors when necessary.Handle travel and expense management.Provide comprehensive administrative support functions for the office.Essential SkillsAbility to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.Impeccable attention to detail.Ability to make smart and timely decisions.React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations requiring quick response or turnaround.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.At least two years of college required; bachelor's degree preferred.1+ years of experience supporting senior management.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in admin or EA roles or managing a team.Interest in a long-term position with potential for conversion to a full-time role.Leadership principles such as ownership, earning trust, and delivering results.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
