Are you an outstanding **Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator** ready to take on a pivotal role? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator** to support four senior executives leading a high-profile, multi-year Technology Enabled Business Transformation. This hybrid position is based in **Boston** or **Plano** , with potential flexibility for fully remote work for the right candidate.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator Duties**
+ **Calendar Management** : Efficiently handle the complex schedules of four senior executives, resolving conflicts, managing global time zones, and prioritizing tasks.
+ **Communication** : Act as the central communication gatekeeper, drafting professional emails, reports, and presentations while screening correspondence.
+ **Travel Coordination** : Plan and organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and briefings.
+ **Administrative Support** : Oversee expense reports, manage records, and ensure the office runs smoothly to support executive success.
**Program Coordination by the Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator**
+ **Project Management** : Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of project activities, maintaining trackers and dashboards for real-time updates.
+ **Meeting Facilitation** : Organize cross-functional meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to drive accountability.
+ **Stakeholder Communication** : Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
+ **Risk and Budget Management** : Help identify and mitigate risks, monitor project budgets, and track expenditures to meet strategic goals.

**Pay Details:** $39.00 per hour
