Job Description
The Business and Corporate Development team has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking to jump into the fast-paced world of Business. This role will support two directors within a Vice President's organization, providing unique exposure to some of the most innovative and interesting partnership engagements. A proven track record of effective time management, taking initiative, working independently, delivering exceptional results, and exceeding expectations is important. You should thrive under pressure, have an interest in strategic business, and possess a good sense of humor as our team prides itself on its fun culture. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company is key. The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative business support to two Directors within the Vice President's organization.
+ Manage complex calendars across global time zones.
+ Handle expense reimbursement.
+ Coordinate global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external parties.
+ Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive confidential information, ensuring timely action.
+ Assist with event coordination, including team meetings and morale events.
+ Order catering and supplies.
Essential Skills
+ Strong calendar management skills across global time zones.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks based on the Directors' live workload.
+ Adaptability to navigate through change and manage time-pressured obstacles.
+ Proficiency in providing administrative support.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job.
+ Ability to maintain composure and switch tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
+ Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to build a strong internal network.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
