Executive Assistant II
Job Title: Executive Assistant II Job Description We are looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support leaders on our Telecommunication Industry Business Unit (IBU) team. This team is responsible for serving our largest Telco customers. The Executive Assistant will provide crucial support and act as a seamless extension of the Directors, applying high attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across teams. The ideal candidate will be an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. This role requires handling confidential and sensitive information and working professionally with a wide range of people from business executives to front-line engineers. Responsibilities + Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations. + Manage domestic and international travel. + Coordinate and submit expense reports. + Organize, execute, and assist with team activities such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events across countries and time zones. + Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. + Act as a liaison for direct reports. + Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations. + Write, edit, and prepare documents. + Identify gaps and implement improvements with strong business acumen. + Coach and mentor EA talent. + Prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines. + Have fun at work and help others do the same. Essential Skills + 2+ years of upper-level leadership support experience. + Experience with executive-level calendar management. + Experience with domestic or international travel coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 4+ years of upper-level leadership support experience. + Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company. + Experience with end-to-end project management. + High-level communication skills. + Well-versed with global time zones. + Experience with customer-facing meetings and events. + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office.
