Job Title: Executive Assistant II

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors on the Payments team. This role is critical, requiring a strong focus and execution. The Executive Assistant will handle a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, scheduling, prioritizing information and requests, monitoring meetings, tracking priorities and emails, managing travel and expenses, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars and scheduling for two Directors.Prioritize tasks effectively amidst a flood of information and requests.Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails.Manage travel arrangements and expenses.Provide administrative support functions for the office.Complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.Make smart and timely decisions, reacting with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick response.Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Communicate professionally with professionals inside and outside the company.Essential SkillsAt least two years of experience supporting upper management.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.Impeccable attention to detail.High degree of professionalism.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least two years of college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.Interest in a long-term position, with potential for conversion to a full-time role.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Seattle. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with possible overtime up to 10 hours per week. The role involves independent work managing the needs of professionals and collaborative work with support teams to communicate and execute tasks as need

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00
