Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support a Vice President and Director on the Corporate Development team. This team is responsible for identifying, executing, managing, and integrating mergers and acquisitions as well as minority investments. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. You will be responsible for a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, scheduling, prioritizing multiple critical requests, monitoring and tracking meetings and priorities, managing travel and expenses, and providing all administrative support functions for the VP and Director.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars and scheduling for a VP and Director.Effectively prioritize and handle multiple critical requests.Monitor and track meetings and priorities.Manage travel arrangements and expenses.Provide comprehensive administrative support.Make smart and timely decisions, reacting with appropriate urgency to situations and events.Handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and discretion.Partner well with a team of Executive Assistants.Essential Skills5-6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.Impeccable attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.Good judgment skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Experience in an external-facing role, working with senior leaders and vendors.Work Environment

This position requires working in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No overtime is expected, although 1-2 hours per week may be needed occasionally.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
