As an Executive Assistant II at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with opportunities to showcase your exceptional organizational skills and commitment to professionalism. You'll interact confidentially with executives at all levels, managing their calendars, arranging meetings, and ensuring seamless communication. From preparing reports and presentations to handling travel arrangements and expense reports, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be invaluable.

 

How You'll Make an Impact
•    Represent executives with the highest level of professionalism for both internal and external customers
•    Manage multiple executives' calendars and conference room schedules confidentially and efficiently
•    Arrange meeting locations, materials, and equipment, ensuring communication connections are set up well in advance
•    Provide special support for projects, special events, and other tasks as required, in a professional manner

 

What You Bring
•    High school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
•    Experience supporting Vice Presidents and above
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools, with advanced skills in Outlook calendar management.
•    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient follow-up processes
•    Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
•    Proven ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate good judgment
•    Excellent time management with a sense of urgency in completing tasks on time
•    Commitment to complying with the highest standards of business ethics
