 As an Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support under limited supervision. This position will provide advanced administrative support to the President of Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. and other department leaders, organize multi-management calendars, schedule complex meetings/conference rooms, maintain standard department-related materials, and manage distribution. This role will write, proofread, and distribute/mail correspondence reports, and letters as requested. Other duties consist of preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking/transcribing minutes, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The Executive Assistant must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize, and project a professional image.

What it takes:

Associate’s degree, 5+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience  Microsoft Suite proficiency Experience in customer service (desired) Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear, and concise (desired)
