The successful candidate will support senior leadership across multiple locations, and assist the SVP of Music Programming Specials & Events, as well as the SVP and two VPs of Music & Celebrity Talent, providing a wide range of administrative support. The ideal candidate has one to two years of experience as an executive assistant. The company offers a great work environment! Executive Assistant - Music Programming and Talent Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $30/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Hollywood, CA 90028 - Hybrid, Must be LA based and work Eastern and Pacific office hours, May need to go into the office occasionally) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment Executive Assistant - Music Programming and Talent Responsibilities: * Manage calendars & expenses. * Provide general administrative support to four executives, one in LA (PST) and three in NY (EST). * Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings. * Process expense reports and assist with other financial tracking for executives. * Order office supplies and coordinate office services as needed. * Organize and maintain department files, including calendars, distribution lists, and entertainment information databases. * Assist in the creation and preparation of creative decks and presentations. * Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose celebrity talent for upcoming projects and events. * Track important documents related to tentpoles and series, including deal memos, nominee invitations, talent trackers, etc. Executive Assistant - Music Programming and Talent Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant. * Entertainment experience is preferred. * Experience in entertainment is strongly preferred. * Strong organization skills and attention to detail. * Must know Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * 1-2 years of experience in television/media industry or similar roles. * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Shift: * 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break). Must be LA based and work Eastern and Pacific office hours.
