Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in their Midtown, Manhattan office. The hours are 9am-5pm and they are in office 5 days a week. This is an opportunity to sit on the trading floor at a successful firm with a small team.

Responsibilities:

Provide heavy calendar management and complex scheduling (business and personal) for the CEOMake lunch orders and order office suppliesManage the conference room calendar for the team
Send out business announcements and update the company's LinkedIn and websiteLiaise with travel agent on flights, cars, and hotels for the CEOTrack invoices and manage bookkeepingSit on the trading floor

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required7+ years of executive assistant experienceMust have experience supporting a C-level executive, ideally out of financeMust be a self-starter who can manage up

Compensation/Benefits:
