Our client, a leading bridge and construction financing platform, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in their Manhattan office. The hours are 9am-6pm five days a week. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a small company as an EA with projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to the CEOStock and order office supplies, liaise with building managementAssist with dinner reservations and booking travelHelp with marketing projectsCoordinate office events and perform ad hoc duties when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree requiredMust have 3+ years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:
