Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in Midtown. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (flex for overtime) four days in their office with one day remote. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a small and international team that is rapidly expanding.
Responsibilities:
Support executives with administrative needsManage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportationTrack and submit expense reportsMaintain upkeep of conference rooms to coincide with schedule and usageAssist with on-boarding and tech set upManage documents, sign NDA's and track vacation daysLiaise with building management and outside vendorsStock and order kitchen and office suppliesOrder daily lunch in office
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of relevant experienceExperience in financial servicesBachelor's degree preferredBilingual French is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZoomMust be tech savvy
Compensation/Benefits:
