Our client, a venture studio focused in the healthcare space, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager in NYC. The hours are 8:30/8:45am-5:30/6pm four days in their Manhattan office with Friday remote. Responsibilities:
Manage busy Outlook calendars for executivesLiaise with vendors for the office and assist with facilities managementSubmit and process expense reportsSchedule meetings and prepare materialsCoordinate events and team outingsManage office and kitchen supplies, order lunch and restock items when neededAssist with IT support, install new equipment, help with technical issuesBook international and domestic travel (cars, flights, hotels)Serve as a point of contact for executives and clientsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experienceWell-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom and G SuiteStrong organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsCompensation/Benefits:
