Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, a membership community for entrepreneurs and business executives, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in office and one days remote.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional administrative support to a CEOManage complex calendar and scheduling; coordinate and execute meetingsBook extensive travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itinerary, and reservationsHandle correspondence including emails and tasks; follow through on assignmentsTake lunch orders and order and stock office suppliesAssist with planning member events

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in very fast-paced environments Excellent writing skillsGreat organizational skills and time managementProficient in Microsoft Suite (particularly Outlook)

Compensation/Benefits:
