Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, a strategy consulting group, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in their NYC office. The hours are 8am-4/4:30pm with a thirty-minute lunch break (with some flex to check email after hours) and this role is five days a week (with some flexibility needed depending on office needs).

Responsibilities:

Sit at reception, greet visitors, manage vendors and catering needsOrder office and kitchen suppliesSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and process expense reportsBook domestic and international travel arrangements through a travel agent (flights, hotels, and ground transportation)Coordinate meeting set-up including audio visual requirements, meeting space, and materialsPlan holiday party and perform ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experienceMust have experience with OutlookMust have a team player attitude

Compensation/Benefits:
