Beacon Hill Associates is currently looking for an energetic Executive/Personal Assistant to provide support to a successful entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and must be able to anticipate and oversee day to day requests with confidentiality. This person will be required to travel within the Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities:
Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretionHandle a variety of personal responsibilities, including but not limited to personal errands, scheduling personal appointments, managing complex calendar, booking travel arrangements (both executive and person), answering calls and serving as primary contact for CEO.Monthly reconciling of bank statements and credit card statementsProduce written and verbal correspondence, including e-mail, formal letters and phone callsRequirements:
5+ years of administrative support experience, ideally on a personal basisBachelor's degree requiredWillingness to take on a variety of personal responsibilities and work non-traditional hours as neededAbility to respond to rapidly changing demands.Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & OutlookBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
