Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the President is a critical role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the President. This position ensures seamless coordination of executive activities, manages sensitive and confidential information, and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will enhance the President's effectiveness by efficiently handling day-to-day operations, communication, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the President’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, ensuring efficient time management. Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the President. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth logistics. Handle incoming inquiries, prioritize urgent matters, and respond or delegate appropriately. Communication & Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the President and internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and ensure follow-up on action items. Represent the President professionally in meetings, events, and communications. Office Administration & Project Coordination: Oversee administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently. Plan and execute special projects, including research and analysis to support decision-making. Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality. Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and company objectives. Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and executive retreats. Prepare detailed agendas, meeting materials, and post-event follow-ups.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Benefits:
